Publisher Yen Press recently announced fifteen new license acquisitions for new manga and novels to be released in June 2025. Two of these are yuri! The first is Convenient Semi-Friend, a raunchy but cute Kirara series about a sheltered, innocent girl with serious anxiety whose new roommate is a massive playboy. Watch as said playboy inevitably falls in love with our protagonist, who thinks that "sefure" (sex friend) is actually "semi-friend"! It's a lot of fun and surprisingly adorable. The other is The Girl Who Wants to Be a Hero and the Girl Who Ought to Be a Hero, a new light novel series by Inori of I'm in Love With the Villainess fame!
